While at Merkle, one of my primary responsibilities was leading our Johnny’s Selected Seeds (JSS) account as the Senior Visual Designer. This project involved a needed refresh of JSS's existing website, coupled with the integration of Salesforce as their updated CRM software on the backend. Throughout this multi-month project, I successfully revamped UX/UI flow and visual hierarchy within the Homepage, Product Detail Pages (PDP), Product Sets, Cart, Checkout Flow, and CSS pages across all breakpoints. Simultaneously, I revitalized their style guide to ensure a cohesive experience. Ultimately, this led to a 40% higher conversion rate over the older information heavy website.
